The Signature Experience

Our most popular 3–4 hour intensive.
The Masterclass (90 Minutes)
Go behind the curtain of a Billboard-charting song. Dana and our team of professional coaches lead an interactive lecture on the "Architecture of a Hit." Your team will learn how to identify a hook, structure a story, and use vulnerability as a professional superpower.
The Writer’s Rooms (90–120 Minutes)
The group breaks into small "writing rooms" of 4 people. Guided by a professional songwriter, each team will co-write an original song based on your company’s values, a specific goal, or a shared milestone.
The Grand Finale
The workshop concludes with a "Bluebird-style" round where each group performs their creation.
